To ensure your pet’s final moments are as peaceful and stress-free as possible, our dedicated local partner veterinarian offers compassionate, gentle euthanasia services.
They will meet you here in our private, quiet comfort room, ensuring a peaceful goodbye without the clinical feel of a standard vet's office. We will take care the gentle transfer straight into our care after. Read more about our vet partner here.
We can also arrange our vet to travel directly to your home, allowing your pet to pass peacefully in their favourite spot if this is preferred. You can bring your pet in to us or we can be at yours to pick up for the gentle transfer.
Our Dado’s Room is exclusively yours for an hour to say a private, unhurried goodbye to your pet before aftercare begins. The room is carefully prepared prior to your arrival with comfortable seating, soft background, music, and tissues, allowing you and your family a peaceful environment to share a few tears and to reflect together.
We encourage you to bring your fur baby’s favourite blanket, toys, snacks and music.
Whether you prefer to be alone or surrounded by family, you have this space to yourself to celebrate their life, at your own pace.

This is why we created a gentle way forward, a payment plan, that allow you to prepare at your own pace. With small steps, little by little, you can set things in place so that when time comes, your focus can rest where it belongs: on love, memory, and farewell.
It’s a gentle plan and a loving promise to the one you care; it’s about giving yourself the gift of peace. The gift knowing that when you are called to let go, everything is ready, and you can walk through those tender moments without added burden.
